Who You Are

Our College-Age Ministry Director is someone with strong communication and leadership abilities. You’re a self-starter, able to thrive in a high-accountability and low-management environment. You have the ability to share the Gospel in a clear, simple and creative way, along with a clear understanding of and commitment to FCC’s mission, vision and values. You’re a team leader, able to inspire the volunteer team to work together to achieve excellence. You’re someone with experience and savvy with technology and communicating through social media streams and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. This person is a team player, able to work effectively alongside other staff team members to accomplish goals while exuding fun and creative energy.

 


 

What You’ll Do

As the College-Age Ministry Director, you will champion our effort to point young adults to a Christ-centered life. You will ensure that the mission, vision and values of your department and team align with those of First Christian Church. You will work with your team to craft and cast vision for the future of college-age ministry at FCC. You will think strategically about the evangelistic growth of the college-age ministry, while continually developing both adult and peer leaders. You will be an initiator, innovator, and implementer of a discipleship pathway where young adults become fully-engaged, growing followers of Jesus, equipping them to make disciples who make disciples.
